I'm Debi and I created the The Nosh Collection Blog to encourage food lovers everywhere to look at plant based eating as a great adventure!

My mission is to help people navigate into the world of healthy eating by making recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and uncomplicated. Eating plant based can heal our bodies and let the earth breathe a little easier.

I am a graduate of New England Culinary Institute where I studied classical French cooking and had the opportunity to hone my skills as a professional chef. My passion for food led me to become a personal chef and caterer in Hawaii. I currently live in Carlsbad, CA with my husband, Scott where I enjoy teaching others how to begin the life-changing journey of a plant-based lifestyle.
